I finished a hem, then checked my watch. s**t, needed to leave before traffic turned to molasses. Shut off the sewing machine, turned off my craft room light, and hurried to grab my purse.
Beth had been right about Celeste that day. The redhead commissioned a swimsuit, then a dress, then modeled them on social media. She had a ton of followers thanks to her relationship with Bob and women flooded her with questions about where she got them.
I never returned to corporate life.
Aaron did thirty days in rehab after Brian was arrested for attempting to scam him out of his fortune, and was now taking a break to get his life in order. I was still a little sore from that encounter we had, but the others wished him well.
