We managed to make it through Kane's services, and it seemed that Lucy was the key to making Sophia feel better. Lucy also seemed to take a big liking to Sophia. She didn't leave her side for the whole dinner. She was getting tired and so I went and found Miles. I wanted to talk to him about her staying with us.
"Miles, thank you for your help with Lucy. That little girl has made us all fall in love with her. She is something special. I don't know how well my mate would have done today without her."
