Ross and Drake walked in to the squad room within minutes of Ferris and Dodds having returned from the hospital. Oscar Agostini welcomed them home, at the same time berating them for coming into headquarters instead of going home after their long journey from Cornwall.
“We both needed to check in here first, sir,” said Ross, “just to make sure the place was still in one piece,” he grinned.
“We can manage to blunder along quite well in your absence, Andy,” Agostini countered and then proceeded to give the pair a brief update of their progress while Ross and Drake had been on the South Coast.
