With plans in place for the operation to lure Randolph Lambert, a.k.a. Finch to Liverpool, Ross and Drake once again made the long journey to Falmouth, where the evening found them in familiar surroundings, enjoying a meal at the Hope and Anchor, prepared expertly by Hope Severn. Her husband Thomas had welcomed the two detectives back to his establishment and insisted they call him Tommy.
