CHAPTER 4

He showed up again.

Few weeks later I and my friend we're watching Netflix while eating popcorn in the seating room when we heard a knock on the door, it was still same delivery man who always brought a gift from the same company, I have sent him back several time to return the gift back to his boss that they should tell whoever is it that is paying them on my behalf that I'm not interested in his or her gift anymore, but he keep coming back and I'm so confused on what this person has been given to them.

But this time around my friend was the one who collected the gift from the man, then she closed the door.

Then I asked her why she collected the parcel.

And she said to me that, I have to keep collecting the gift till I know who the sender is.

Then I told her my fears, what if the person comes and starts asking me for what I do not have to give, what will be the end of it if that person comes and starts asking back for the gift he has been sending.

And my friend advice me to not open any on the gift again as from now, I should keep collecting it and start keeping then somewhere in my house, and then finally she advised me to find a time and go back to the company and make a request, that she is very sure the company have can reach out to him, that I should just see the manager like the other time I make a request that he should past the information to my host admirer that I will like to meet with him or her on certain date, then I should give time and location.

Then I asked her if that can really work, and she told me to give it a trial.

Three days later I decided to go to the company and try what my friend advised me. I know my friend will not try to push me to do what can harm me.

On getting there I asked for the manager and I was directed to his office again by the secretary, I knocked on the door and he told me to come in.

He already knew who I'm and he said, Miss. Williams, how can we help you ma.

Then I replied to Mr Alex , you know why I was here the other time? That's why I'm still here again to make a request from my admirer. I told him I would like to pass information to the person, that it's time to meet him or her and to know who he or she is and to know what he or she wants.

Then Mr Alex replied that there is no problem that I should write down any message I want to sent to the person down, then he handed me and plain paper and a pen, but I came prepared already I told him there is no need for that that I came with my letter already and I handed it over to him.

Then I thanked him for his time, then I left for my office.

It was weekend and it was almost time to meet with my admirer, I already gave my friend a full details of where and time I'm going to meet with the person and she assured me to hanged around just in case if anything will go wrong, and then I trust her words, then I called to inform her that already on my way but she had to tease me that it's too early and I should wait for some time, but I told her it's better the person should meet me there than I should meet the person there, and she told me to go ahead that she will meet me there, the place happened to be our favorite Chinese

restaurant and she asked me to pay for her food before she got there because she is going to seat somewhere else not too close to where I will be seating, and she told me that she is making me to lay for her food because I'm the one that want to take her out of her house, that's how we make our joke and we make joke about it then I said ok, that I will pay.

One hour later I saw my friend coming in and as she saw me sitting alone with just whine In front of me, she came to me and asked why am I here alone that is the person not coming again, I told her u do not know that the time I wrote in the letter just passed two minutes that I will have to wait and hope the person will still come, and my friend make a joke that whenever the person comes in he will have to pay for wasting your time this much, we laugh about it and she went to request for her food which I have already paid for, they know the both of us there very well and immediately I bought my food I told them to remove the same amount for my friend that she will be here any time soon. Immediately she got there they did not have to request for money from her again and her food was given to her.

And I was watching my friend eating her food and I knew she was enjoying it.

Few minute later a man walked in, he was fully dressed in a suit and with a black glasses on and immediately he came in he was coming to my direct then I immediately adjust my seat and I turn to be sure my friend was watching me and yes she was, the man is tall and handsome but his stature is actually not my favorite, he walked to me, as he was walking to me I talked to myself to be calm, as he got closed to me he said.

Hello.

I replied hello.

He asked, are you the one I'm coming to meet?

I was confused at his first question, I didn't want to reply then as I raised my head up then I saw Godspower walking in, I'm very sure he saw me as well, then I managed to reply because I need to keep the vibe between myself and the man in front of me, I don't want him to see from my face expression that anything is going wrong with me, then I had to put a smiley face on and then vibe well with the man in from of me.

Then i welcome him well and asked him of his name, and then he told me he is Wisdom and he is there to take me to where I'm supposed to be at that moment, I was confused and I quickly message my friend and explain to her in details what is going on, and she replied and encourage me to go with him that she will be right behind me.

As we were leaving, the expression on my face was not good at all because I didn't like the fact that this man calling himself wisdom is taking me out to somewhere else, but in the first place I agreed to follow him because I don't want to be in the same place with Godspower.

I noticed Godspower was staring at me and I was wondering why.

This man I'm going out with is so unromantic that he couldn't even give me a hand to walk with.

I was very annoyed at this man but I had to put on a smiley face because I didn't want Godspower to think I'm a man chaser. That's why no man could stay with me.

Because I am still so angry at myself over my attitude towards him the first time I meet him.

I kept having a flashback until I reached where Wisdom's car was parked.

I opened the car door myself and I entered the car, then he started the car and was about to move when I asked him to wait and tell me where he was taking me to.

He didn't answer and then I change my mind and I wanted to come down from the car when he pointed a gun at me says if I should move he is gonna shoot me without any traces, and my friend was watching me through the window as I was entering the car, I manage to turn my head to see if she is still watching so I can give her a sign that I'm in trouble, but she wasn't there anymore.

Wisdom told me to give him my phone and my bag, I did and he kept them somewhere in the car, and then he started the car and drove off.
