I looked deep into his eyes and I could see that he hurt so much having to say that. I sat up a bit and shook my head, making Alexander look at me with a confused look written on his face. I didn't want this to happen. I didn't want to be rejected and I didn't want Alexander to hurt because of all the s**t that happened to me. I knew I came with a tough past and Alexander was not to blame, but he had to sit with all the baggage with me.
