Finally, we were back in our room. I dreaded that entire visit to the doctor. Everything went fine, up until the moment when she asked me about all the scars on my body. I wasn't ready to share it with anyone. I didn't want to relive the past, time and time again. I just couldn't handle it. Alexander went over to the couch and opened his laptop, switching it on before walking over to me. I sat down on the bed and he handed me the TV remote.
