I woke up, alone in bed again. Alexander made good on his promise that he would move slowly until I was ready. I rolled over onto my side and saw that he was sitting on the couch, doing some work. It barely took him a few seconds to realize that I was awake. "It's still so early, little one, what are you doing up?" Alexander asked as he moved his laptop over to the side. I just shrugged my shoulders, not knowing what the time was anyway.
"Listen, one of the neighboring pack's Alphas is coming over for a meeting today. I have to admit, I forgot a bit so we need to hurry a bit! I would love for you to meet him!"
