FEW YEARS AGO
LOLA’S POV
I didn’t know what happened next. The only thing that I remember is finding myself in the hospital.
“Nurse, where is my baby?” That is the first thing that I asked the nurse but she didn’t answer me.
Instead, she just looked at me with judgmental eyes before she disappeared.
Another doctor come and I asked the same question but clearly, no one was paying attention to me.
The doctor administered to me some injections. I think that it was those injections that make people sleep because I slept shortly after he administered it to me.

FEW HOURS LATER
I had a horror dream that my baby was actually dead and that is what woke me from the deep slumber.
Fortunately, when I woke up, I saw my mum seated right beside my bed.
“What were you thinking?”
