LOLA’S POV
Mandy and I have been chilling and going out together and that made me kind of preoccupied. I forgot all about Zach for a hot minute.
This evening, we were watching a basketball game at the school field when my phone blinked with a message. I had forgotten all about that text that I had sent to Mike initially. Wow, he replied.
I didn’t expect him to, now that I broke his heart right before I come to Crestview University.
“Hi Lola, how are you doing? Long time huh? What is it that you want to tell me?” He asked and my heart started beating twice its normal speed. I didn’t know if I should tell him just now that I wanted him too or if I should wait a little bit longer.
