Odette, a super typhoon, hit the Philippines on December 16, 2021. And Cebu was signal number four, and the hours from seven p.m. to dawn were the most terrifying of my life. There was a mad howling of the wind. Because of the destruction caused by Typhoon Odette, there is no water and no electricity across Cebu. And there's also no signal, and I was trying to find signal but it was so hard.
