Fawn's POV Sitting in the clinic waiting room reminded me so much of the hospital. It was the smell and the look. I sat in one of those plastic chairs I was sure had been designed to be uncomfortable, my hands folded in my lap, Ana sitting quietly beside me. She was going to wait in the car, and I had told her to come with me so she could then report back to Blake that I had been a good little girl. "Mrs. Huntington?" A nurse appeared in the doorway, clipboard in hand. I stood. "That's me." Ana moved to stand as well. "You can wait here," I said quickly. "I won't be long."
