Everyone's focus was on me because Vera’s voice was so high that it made them stop what they were doing and had their attention on me.
Ethan just stayed there and looked at me, I saw the amusement on his face, he was excited about it.
" I asked you why you did that, it was totally unnecessary. I am sure you aren't blind, you saw me and still went ahead to hit me?" I charged at her.
She laughed.
" I did not see you there, maid," she said.
I stopped talking. It came as a shock to me. I was not expecting her to call me that. She looked like she was so satisfied with it.
" What did you say? Vera? A maid?" One of the people there asked.
