My body felt numb as I opened my eyes. I winced and turned my gaze to the people talking.
I realized that I was in a simple room, not a hospital, but I still had a drip attached to my left hand and a bandage on my leg.
"Atarah!" I slowly sat up on the bed and furrowed my brows as I noticed Nurse Mae, Dr. Aira, Nurse Eria, Nurse Sati, Dr. Ana Kaye, and Dr. Elaiza.
Nurse Mae approached me first and hugged me tightly. Then followed Dr. Aira and the others.
Dr. Elaiza checked my drip while they continued talking to me.
"You made us worry!" Nurse Mae exclaimed, tears welling up in her eyes.
I was happy to see Nurse Mae doing well. I wonder how Dr. Kioh and Dr. Bryan are doing.
