Author's POV
The full moon hung in the sky with millions of stars, and it was a fantastic night. Tonight was the first time Grey took Elena for a walk in the forest near their house.
"Elearine..." Galv - the wolf soul inside Grey - growled, calling out to his mate.
"Galv, I'm here."
For a moment, Elena and Grey looked at each other, both silent, yet their wolf souls called out to each other telepathically.
"I think I know a good place for us to shapeshift," Galv whispered.
"Alright, I'll follow you," Elearine replied. Without waiting for a few seconds to pass, the two ran at the speed of light toward that place.
The place where the moonlight touched the earth. A dark place that turned bright when the moon was full.
"Elea, I feel amazing tonight," Galv growled merrily.
