Grey woke up as he realised that there was water hitting his head hard. It was punctuated by the sound of laughter from someone he knew very well. Grey tried to move his body, slowly but he just realised that he was now tied to the chair.
His hands and feet were firmly bound, and he was completely immobilised. Because of the tightness of the ropes wrapped around his body. It felt like he couldn’t move anything at all except for breathing. But even then there was something weighing down on his chest - a sack maybe - and Grey knew without having any doubts that whatever it was it was made out of lead.
There were also weights attached to both shoulders. And when Grey opened his eyes Grey's head was still spinning but unlike when he was dizzy, this time there was no sign of nausea or dizzi
