More Mates!! Mechi's POV

Jerking my hand out of Ivar's hold I stare into his eyes that are like the color of a winter sky, an icy silver grey. Ivar stared at me with disbelief murmurs "Not possible!" Midus goes utterly still underneath me and says "What's not possible Ivar?" "Sparks" is all Ivar says still staring intently at me. I'm just as at a loss as Ivar, not knowing what to say about this new development . Midus starts to growl and goes to move me off him as Ivar makes a hissing sound "Midus I know what I felt but I also know it must be impossible but you know what I have to do." Midus growls again "No!" he yells at Ivar. while they stand there arguing I slowly make my way towards the door and as far from the Dragon and vampire as I can not wanting to get in the cross hairs of what I am assuming is going to be a brawl.

"Smart move little one." TDH says I will hope my head to the side to look at him I totally forgot he came in as well. "Looks like you have some common sense in ya. You're right tho they are going to fight." he goes on to say. "i guess that was the outcome when they started growling and hissing at one another." I replied to him. "I can understand the whole alpha, territory type thing but it seems like that is not what they are fighting about." I comment

"Damn you are a smart one aren't you little one!" TDH says with a laugh "You are right l, we usually share just , the problem comes in the form of how Ivar has to confirm the mate bond."

I look over at him as I ask "One what is your name, I can't keep calling you TDH in my head and two how is he going to confirm it?" I totally glazed over the fact he so casually informed me that they all share partners. "Lucian " he says reaching for my hand for the introduction I must have hesitated because he smiles and says " Oh I know you're mine , my wolf won't stop whining into my head 'mine, mate' and I trust Fen's instincts." so I grab his hand and again feel the sparks warming my body from point of contact. "So a dragon, vampire and werewolf then?" I comment back to him

Lucian gives a dark chuckle and again my body reacts to it in a primal wave , he deeply inhales and says "Little one, word of warning, you react like that again and you will send us into a rut." "Sorry I can't seem to help it, years with James and not one reaction but just the sound of y'all's voice.." I get cut off. from what I'm saying when Lucian practically slams me against the wall next to the door, as he pushes his body into me to hold me there, he snarls in my face "Don't mention another man or I won't be able to hold Fen off from claiming you right here and now!" Swallowing hard I reply " Sorry, but you also haven't explained how Ivar has to confirm the mate bond."

It takes Lucian a minute to calm Fen back down and then tells me that Ivar needs to sample a taste of blood to fully confirm the bond. While we have our conversation Midus and Ivar are coming close to actually fist fighting so Lucian goes over there to act as a mediator. "STOP!!!" Lucian growls at them. "WHAT!" both men say at the same time. "We have to confirm because it looks like Little One is the mate to all three of us!" Lucian just dropped that bomb down like it was nothing, that definitely got Midus and Ivar's attention. They slowly turn to me where I'm still holding up the wall by the office door, I just send a little wave to them.

"Ok so now that everyone has calmed down, Lucian has explained to me what must be done and I'm ok with it but what I really want to address is the fact he just so casually informed me that you all share ?" I finally say to them. Lucian just laughed at my comment while Ivar stood straighter and Midus scratched the back of his neck and blushed. Looking to Lucian for an answer, knowing he is probably the only one who will say it out loud. Lucian chuckled as he sat on the couch, where me and Midus were before the incident , waves me over to sit with him.

As I make my way, to him he grabs my hips and maneuvers me into sitting on his lap as he explains that they are house mates and on occasion they share women. I'm just sitting here trying to work through all this information when I blurt out "So how does that work!" Damn intrusive thoughts! they just look at in astonishment "Babe what do you mean by 'how does that work'?" Midus asked me. Now it's my turn to be embarrassed as I quietly admit. "I ...um I .... I've never done anything before." The men hiss in an inhale then Ivar asks "You mean to tell me that you are pure?" Lucian at the same time shouts "You're a f*****g virgin!" Midus just looks like he is about to pass out. Looking down to the floor I give a simple nod of my head in affirmation. All three men go completely silent and still like statues. "Is that a problem?" I ask in a whisper afraid to speak any louder.

"Babe exactly how long were you with James?" Midus finally asked me after a few minutes, which felt like hours to me, causing the other two men to growl and hiss. I look up at him and reply " Well considering we met my senior year in highschool and we just got engaged last month, I'd say six years now? Give or take why?" Lucian cracked up laughing and said "You made that man wait six years for...." He stops his sentence I guess to see what it is i will say, so I give him the truth " I've only ever kissed him on the cheek and we cuddled as we watched movies together. I told him I wanted to wait until we married so I could make the wedding night special for him." Thinking back on it now I can see why he went to Stacey and probably many others I don't know about, who would actually be with someone and wait that long for intimacy. As soon as that thought hits me it's like a damn explosion all those years and sadness just comes rushing out like a raging river. I just started sobbing uncontrollably.

The guys snap into action like a live wire Lucian pulls me further into his embrace as Ivar and Midus come over to wrap me in their arms as well . I'm in a cocoon of warmth and comfort. Midus keeps saying he is sorry he didn't mean to upset me. Lucian whispers sweet nothing in my ear as Ivar stays quiet while combining his fingers through my hair. I don't know how long we stayed that way but it felt like forever before I could get myself under control. " I'm sorry, it just hit me that he may have never have been faithful to me. I mean who would wait that long for someone ya know?" "God I'm so stupid!!" I say getting angry at myself . "Hey now! Don't put yourself down like that, it's not hard to assume someone to stay faithful when you do." Ivar tells me. I look into his eyes seeing them swirling like a magic trick "Beautiful." I whisper, he just smiles at me "No beloved, you are the beautiful one " I lean forward, and reach up with my hand to softly caress his cheek and give him a small kiss and whisper a thank you to him.
