Chapter 7
Commander Conrad’s Black Sheep were closing with the rogue destroyer. The ship’s course was still very erratic. The commander had ordered his pilots to scan the ship and search for hostile activity. He, very carefully, brought his ship in close and peered through the bridge windows. The inside of the bridge appeared to be scorched and blackened as if from battle damage. He could see movement inside, so maybe their communication array was destroyed. Broadcasting on all frequencies was met with silence.
“Papa-san, the flight bay doors, starboard side, are opening!”
