Andrea had no idea why she was anxious going back to Gerald’s apartment but it was a feeling she couldn’t seem to shake off. She had left Gerald’s house for the past two days without communicating with him or having monitored his health condition. In her defense she was swamped with work and didn’t even have time to check her phone.
When she eventually checked her phone there was no message from him, not even one. That clearly meant he was perfectly fine or perfectly pissed at her and didn’t want to speak to her. He was still her patient and her time was already paid for so she could get in real trouble fir that single act.
