Seuss’s eyes widened as he recognized the sphere, but before he could say anything, Etheera’s power tightened around it. A small crack appeared on its surface, spreading further and further until the crystal exploded and the energy inside licked her hand, sinking into her skin. She took a deep breath, enjoying the rejuvenating feeling that spread through her body and made every hair on it rise.
