She was packed. She’d had a goodbye dinner the night before with her parents even though Sacramento wasn’t that far and she’d probably end up seeing them more than she did living in the same city. She was excited about the move after renting a cute little apartment a few blocks from work and talking with Ted Mueller, the current GM, who seemed nice, pleasant.
