Ben had been among the few people who were not surprised about Heather's outed relationship as he knew about that. What he was really curious about was if the two lawyers were seeing each other currently. Tamara had been of the opinion they were. Stating that it was very possible for them to get back together. Ned on the other hand believed that Heather had moved on.

Ben had more pressing matters like proving his innocence and finding evidence that he was indeed innocent from the CCTV footage that they had been shown at the station and would be forwarded to court as part of evidence.

He recalled that night he had gotten home late after another long meeting with investors who had been curious about his acquisition of the new land. Later that night he had received a call from Nina who wan
