Tamaska maneuvered through its treacherous depths until she crossed the border, seamlessly shifting back into her human form.
She traveled at high speed, her body a blur of motion, until she arrived at the village of Ushguli. Expecting the entire town to be asleep, she was startled to hear voices drawing near. Two humans were making their way to the glacier despite the unforgiving snow.
