Sarah walks in with a couple of dishes after Liam and gives a fake cheery smile. "Liam brought a guest for dinner!"
James presses his lips into a tight smile and raises his eyebrows. "I see that. Hey, Kelly, how have you been?"
I smile back at him and nod. "Good. And you two?"
"Great!" Sarah answers before walking back into her kitchen. Liam takes a seat by the end of the table and I sit next to him. Instead of sitting at the head of the table, James sits across from Liam and I raise my eyebrows.
Sarah bustles in with plates to set the table and sets them in front of each of us and then sits down across from me with a grin.
"We've been great. The honeymoon was to die for and I swear, Barbados has my heart. James and I are thinking of going back sometime."
"That's good to hear." I smi
