Alessandro went to the office to tell his new assistants the news. It wasn't even a day since hiring them, they now have to move. He decided he would move next month as he don't want to dumb the news on his new assistants.
"Boss."
"Girls."
He sat down behind his desk and look through the papers. The youngest, Xenia came in front of me.
"Boss, I've finish looking for locations for labs. There aren't any in New York but there are in New Zealand and Canada. Where do you want to buy?"
Hmm...
"New Zealand."
The slightly older one, Olympia, said, "Boss, I've put out a ad for hiring. What kind of salary do you want them to have?"
"$10,000 per/month."
"Boss, isn't it a little expensive?"
"No it isn't. Don't worry about money. And I need the best researchers you can find."
For a person who is earning a billion per week, it isn't that expensive.
"Oh and girls. I need you to do something for me."
He stood up and said, "I need you to buy canned food factories. They don't need to make any profit. Then I want to buy an island. A big island."
"Sir, are you sure?"
"Yes. I need it. Money isn't a problem. If you need more, ask me. Then we're moving."
"What? Where?"
"Silicon Valley."
Their expressions include shock. This company wasn't big enough to be at a Silicon Valley. A month rent for an office in Silicon Valley would cost more than a year for an office here. They are seriously surprised of their new boss. He was young but he walked around like a very confident person.
"Now, I know what you are all thinking. We were just here for two days, right. That's why I'm moving in a month. You guys look for a house for me there. I'll look for a office."
The work that their boss gave him wasn't done and he was already throwing another workload on them. The work may be hard but the pay is very good.
They continued talking and the assistants became much more comfortable with Alessandro. Laughing and talking with him was a change of pace for them. He seems to know a lot for someone his age, about martial art, about staying fit and lastly about betrayal. They didn't know what happened in their boss's life but he was far too young to know about betrayal.
He went to the office every morning at 10 am after training with Sara and showering. He needs to be in his prime to fight the minotaurs. He also bought three stun guns for him, Sara and Chan so that they can protect themselves better.
"Alessandro, I want to know."
"What is it, Chan?"
"The prototype is complete."
"Wow. That's fast. It isn't even a month and you're already finished?"
"Yeah, well, I ran through it."
"Yeah, let's install it in the new house when we get there."
One month passed by him, training and hiring. The plane trip was here.
