Andrew’s place is the wolfsbane grove. I’ve not seen it in person, but I recognized the purple flowers as soon as he brought me into his mind. It’s fascinating that this is where his subconscious feels safest, but I won’t judge. I’m glad he has a place where he feels safe. I didn’t have mine until Celeste came into my life.
But then, I get pulled into his magic, and it is the most astonishing thing I’ve ever seen. Shimmery bits of green fly around, some more chaotically than others, but they’re there and they are beautiful.
Andrew’s subconscious is beside mine, looking at the strands along with me. “I know they mean different things, but I don’t understand what.”
