I sit on the stairs to the platform of my tent, watching as Ethan’s wolf shivers under a tree in the cool, early morning air. Liam approaches, two cups of coffee in his hands. He sits beside me and hands one to me.
“He stayed in wolf form all night?” he asks.
“It would seem so,” I shrug. “I suppose he could have woken early to shift, but he seems to be asleep.”
Liam nods. “It got pretty chilly last night. Think it will have made a difference?”
