Deacon’s POV
Walking over to the massive windows at Mina’s house he stared out at the Forrest. Since she had been kidnapped he made sure to visit her home to keep it clean and ready for when she returned.
If he had his way though she would move in with him so he could make sure she was safe at all times.
His dreams had become more intense and yet he couldn’t interact with her or stop the asshole from hurting her. That is until last night. Something changed she saw him and was running towards him before she disappeared.
Most vampires can enter humans dreams but Deacon seemed to be seeing what was going on while she was awake.
Seeing Marcus intimidate and scare her made his blood boil. He couldn’t wait until this was all over and he got to rip that bastard to shreds.
