Shelly’s POV With the relentless buzzing of my alarm clock piercing through the quiet morning, I groggily lean over to silence it. As I roll over to give Sebastian his usual morning kiss, a chill runs down my spine. His side of the bed is cold, and he's nowhere to be seen. Anxiety tingles at the edges of my consciousness as I whisper to myself, "Where could he be at this hour?" Quickly, I scan the bedroom, squinting through the dim light. I even peek into the bathroom, but it’s empty, with no trace of him.
