After Sebastian and I stealthily slipped away from the bustling tourist group, and away from Michal and Sabrina, we stumbled upon one of the most incredibly breathtaking little corners of the rainforest.
Don't get me wrong, the entire expanse of the rainforest is a wonder in itself, but this particular spot, hidden away from the beaten path shown on the tour, felt like a secret only we were in on.
Let me paint a picture for you rather than leaving you in suspense. Imagine a large crystal pond with water so clear you can almost see straight to the bottom, revealing smooth stones and the occasional darting fish.
It’s surrounded by a captivating array of unique, vibrant flowers whose scents mingle in the air, creating an intoxicating natural perfume.
