Today marks a significant milestone for me, as it's my first day back at school after the traumatic events of my kidnapping and the unsettling incident of Sebastian's shooting.
It's been a whirlwind of emotions, and convincing Sebastian to let me return was no small feat. He was adamantly opposed to the idea, firmly believing that continuing my classes online, as I had been doing during my recovery, was the safest option. Despite his concerns, my desire to return to school in person overpowered his hesitations.
The truth is, I longed for the sense of normalcy and connection that came with attending school physically. There's an energy in the classrooms, hallways, and even in the casual interactions with friends that I sorely missed.
