As I gently lay Aubree down for bed, I can't help but reflect on the amazing day we've had. Michal and I exchanged glances, both of us feeling grateful for the unexpected but wonderful adventure.
Being invited by Sebastian to join him and Shelly, along with their boys, felt like a blessing in disguise.
I chuckle to myself, recalling how Shelly has tamed Sebastian down a few notches. I never imagined I'd witness such a transformation in him, but love works its magic in mysterious ways.
Despite his reputation as the big, tough mafia boss, Shelly seems to have him wrapped around her little finger. It's quite endearing to see his softer side emerge, and it makes me believe that he truly has a heart, no matter how guarded it might be.
