Eliana POV I wasn’t used to knocks on my door. People tended to leave me alone. I didn’t blame them. But the knock was sharp and loud like that of a person who did not care so much about possession of boundaries. As I opened the door, there was Astrid in the appearance of a leather boot, holding a half-gobbled apple in one hand and a satchel hanging off her shoulder.
