It's been two weeks since I arrived here. Things have settled down quite a bit, and generally all is good. The initial tension has worn off, and I've gotten to know some of the others a little better. Most of them have been kind, which is a relief after everything that's happened.
Trivani's been wonderful. She's easy to talk to, and something is calming about her presence. Kelsie, though, is another story. She's very withdrawn, only relaxing when she's around Trivani. I know that they're close, but Kelsie's hard to figure out. There's a lot of distance in her, a coldness that I don't know how to reach.
I've been getting to know San a bit more too. She's confident and outspoken, and I enjoy our chats. She has this effortless way of making people feel welcome.
