Speaking in one tongue with the people whom I had betrayed in the past brought bittersweet memories in my mind. I couldn't still believe that I once betrayed the trust these beautiful sets of people had for me.
It was indeed a memorable bonding moment for me because I had given up ever finding them alive, judging from the way Cecilia threatened to destroy them all.
It was all joy and happiness for me realizing that none of her empty threats came to manifest in the lives of any of them. And the same way she failed in bringing them down before now, she will also fail woefully if she ever dared come after them in this miserable life of hers.
