JUDE'S POV
They stepped down from the car one after the other, starting from Cecilia who was the driver then the men who were with her. Merida was nowhere to be found! My heart raced and I fixed my gaze on the car to know when she would be out but my waiting was in vain as she never came out. They gently slammed the doors of the car and went into the huts, screaming my name.
"He must have escaped." I heard Derek say silently and Cecilia nodded and smiled mischievously.
"Poor boy! Where does he know he's running to? I'll definitely find him, you guys just stay back. Derek, accompany me!" She ordered and Derek followed her at her back, walking towards the place where Sevilla and I were hiding.
"Jude, do yourself a favor and come out this minute!" She yelled and my legs trembled in fear
