ALAN'S POV
Although I wasn't sure what warranted Cecilia to give me that kind of order over the phone, I knew I had to obey her nevertheless because I knew it must be for a very crucial reason. Cecilia wouldn't call me on the phone if she wasn't in danger, she always relayed her message to me by meeting me face to face.
Now that she called on the phone instead, I knew that she was either in trouble or she was too weak or probably hospitalized to meet me by herself.
I noticed some strange cars trailing me as I drove to my house. I firstly ignored it but when I noticed that the car's speed had increased, I also increased my car speed to escape their reach.
