MERIDA'S POV
Not setting my eyes on Jude for over three days now made me even more worried. He had promised not to take much time to return but it seems it is the opposite of what he said was happening.
Arnold and Jace on the other hand seemed not be disturbed at all by the way Jude's arrival was delaying. I still found it hard to believe that they still went about their normal daily lives like something was not amiss.
I stopped Jace one fateful day as he was just about to step out of the palace. "Why are you behaving like there is nothing going on when clearly there is?" I queried.
