MERIDA'S POV
I left the hut in anger, fully determined to have my revenge on Cecilia. Little did I know I was only getting myself into more trouble. I headed to the abandoned cave where Cecilia had kept us hostage for days and to my utmost disappointment, I found no one. I continued my journey, heading to the palace this time around, nestling through the scary forests as I scaled my way to the palace. The night caught up with me and I had to look for a place to lay my head at least. I was now engulfed with fear of being eaten up by wild animals. I found no cave or hut to encamp in, so I looked for a sizable rock and placed it on the floor. I spread out the little piece of clothes which I hung on my neck, on the floor also and lay down gently.
