Jace led us to the place where Jennifer stayed, with the intention of asking her to help us out in the search for Cecilia.
When we finally arrived at the house, he stopped and shot a glance at each of us.
"Stay here while I go talk to her inside." He suggested and walked in. After a short while, I began to hear them arguing but their voices weren't audible enough since the room was a bit far from where we stood.
I found it hard to believe that Jennifer could be bold enough to talk back at Jace even after what her daughter had made us to pass through. They soon approached the door and their argument got tougher, with their voices contrasting each other.
