Something was definitely wrong with Arnold, judging from the way he was acting. And now that Jude paid no attention to him, I wasn't sure what his next plan was, but I hope it wouldn't be about him giving up so easily on us, after all these years of being with us and shielding us from danger.
Jude should have listened to him, at least just to hear him out first, before judging that he wasn't going to say anything serious or appealing. It didn't matter whether what he was about to say appealed to his eardrums or not, what mattered was the information he was going to derive from his words.
