I woke up the following day, on our semi tattered couch still being cuddled by my best friend. I don't even know when I dozed off. That's one of Dylan's numerous super powers, a hug from her makes you forget all worries.
I decide to surprise my best friend. She loves chocolate chips pancake accompanied with orange juice for breakfast. That is her favorite thing to eat in the morning, so that is exactly what I plan to make for her.
I gently remove myself from her embrace without waking her up but my attempt is slightly unfruitful as she stirs and murmur uncomprehensive words in her sleep. I stand still so she is able to go back to sleep. When she does, I smile at how adorable and peaceful she looks sleeping.
