"Jamie is now my boyfriend," I say.
The line on the other end went dead before I heard my best scream uncontrollably. I remove the phone from my ear to avoid her damaging my eardrums.
"Jesus Dylan, easy with my ears," I say after a while
"I'm sorry, I'm just ecstatic for you," she says and I smile.
"Thank you D. look I won't be back this weekend but we need to talk. We must do" I say, remembering what Willow had said about her acting funny. Even though I was happy she was now acting her usual self, I can't just dismiss what happened.
"Oh okay," I hear the change in her tone from the other end, which means she was aware of what I was hinting at.
"I have to go, but let's meet up some soon. You still have to give me details about your job" I say
