I regain consciousness a while after and found myself in a room that I"d never been in before. Since my eyes have been closed for a while now, I opened my eyes groggily trying to adjust to the light that was over my head.
I take in my surroundings trying to decipher where I was and also looking for a familiar face. I tried to sit up but the nurse who stood next to me stopped me, urging me to lay down.
"I want to," I say but the lady shushed me blabbing on something that didn"t sound very clear to me, but from the little I could here, she was asking me to lay down, that I needed more rest.
And I guess she was right but I could feel my eyes closing and I let myself fall asleep.
