Lord Zhergar and Lord Bhoax became allies for a purpose but Lord Zhergar was not comfortable with Lord Bhoax being the leader of the villiany as he presume that the Hell's King had offer Lord Bhoax the Throne and he has no other way to renounce it but he had an evil plan that would make him override Lord Bhoax.
With both of the Master Lords, lord Vergus wouldn't be able to stop them from achieving the succession of the Throne of Pentera... But to be a mega super Alpha of the Multiverse, they would have to gain the Powers of the deceased great King of the Pentera Kingdom Planet which is already in a stake of the King slayer on Earth.
