*The Next Day*

A young man can be seen running around the Shi residence at sunrise.

As he pants heavily, Kang hi tells himself, "I have to finish the tenth lap ".

Moments later, inside Kang Shi's house

..., twenty two, twenty three..., thirty, I can still go thirty, thirty." Sweat-soaked, his chest rising and falling, Kang Shi slumps to the four. He gets up and slaps himself, saying, "Can not stop now got to keep on going now situps."

Nii Li remarks, "Even though the young master's body is slim, it still looks good to look at." As she realizes what she is thinking, she hits herself in the head, asking herself, "What am I thinking about? If the young master finds out, I am going to be in big trouble."

*Sunset*

In his courtyard, Kang Shi lies down on the grass and thinks, "Another wrap done, but I feel like I am not as tired as before. I have to keep going faster and faster and get stronger because father requests are almost impossible." Standing up, Kang Shi passes the restless Nii Li on his way to his room. He glances at her and then says, "Go fill the tub, I am tired."

Later at night, Kang Shi sits in a discreet corner of the courtyard in a meditative position.

*After Two Months *

during the mid-spring season.A few of the Shi family members are walking by the Shi residence, and one of the men says

The rest of the group erupted in laughter upon hearing his words, and one of the women then made a comment.

"He must have quit after all, that is his main thing, is it not after all he nearly quit life after his fiance dumped him "

As they continued to laugh, Nii Li, who was walking by carrying a bucket of water, overheard them and hurried over to Kang Shi's house.

At Kang shi courtyard

Young master, you would be shocked at what they were saying about you.

Raising his hands, Kang Shi said, "Give me the bucket of water. I want to take a shower. Today is my break. Also, why should what they say bother me? Should their remarks stop me from pursuing strength?" He then proceeded to pick up the bucket from her and entered his bamboo house, leaving the maid stunned.

It all makes perfect sense, Nii Li realizes.

"Why does the young master find their words bothersome "

Saying so she followed behind young master trying to enter with him then she hears him say.

"You are free for the day, so there is no need to come in. Come back tomorrow, and do not make me say it again."

Nii Li swallows the word she was about to say when she hears her young master's harsh words and then walks up.

Inside the bamboo house Kang shi pours the water into the half filled tub before pulling his clothes and getting in

" I finally broke through yesterday in a way I did not expect I guess taxing the mind and the body has it benefits, I can feel body lighter and faster but the stench of impurities I don't think I can handle it again, but I can't stop now the summer hunt is barely two month from now am not even sure if I can break through into the muscle tendon transformation stage i have to up my body training activity and increase the amount of laps i do the pushups and situps and maybe even add handstands that should pressure my upper body well "

After getting out of the bath, Kang Shi puts on his clothes then walks outside his room into his courtyard and looks up at blue sky seeing different birds he has Never seen back at earth.

" this almost seem like a dream this fantasy world the concept of cultivating , but I know it is not this is real I have a chance to create my own fate with my own hands such laughable words I said at my own world can be fulfilled that is my aim "

looking at the sky one more time Kang shi turns his back as he enters his room to continue studying the sword technique.
