Third Person Madison woke up with a weird smile on her face. She stretched her achy body, wiggling her arm out of the sling. The stitches must have dissolved last night. Rolling over, she inhaled deeply, the scent of Alpha Barrett catching her attention. With a furrowed brow, she sat up and smelled the sweatshirt. “Why do I smell like the alpha?” She mumbled to herself as she stood up. She stretched again as she walked to the door. Noticing her purse on the floor beside the door, she picked it up, looking for her phone. She sighed, glancing at the screen. Clark hadn’t called or messaged her. She threw her phone and bag on the bed before leaving the room and heading to the kitchen. It was still early, and she checked on Titus, who was still sleeping. Madison hadn’t reached the kitchen
