"Erik why don't you try and understand me. I can't make it to your place today. I can't see you today. I'm busy." Anabel said impatiently over the phone to Erik.
Ever since he showed up unexpectedly at her house, she has been skeptical about him. She kept putting off their appointments and even when she eventually went to see him, it was a brief one and she didn't even stay for the extras.
"Busy doing what exactly?" Erik asked impatiently too. He had called to check if they could meet later after work but Anabel wasn't making things any easier.
"Are you seriously asking me that? You think because I go out with you, I don't have other things I do." Anabel fired at him angrily.
"Well, for your information, I have a business and a company to run. And I can't keep leaving all that behind
