“I… She did some spell on me. I don’t even know how to use my gift, to be honest.” I scoffed, and Benjamin raised a brow. “Nico is a vampire who can use magic too- Why does it matter if I can too?”
“And you attacked a member of our coven?” He spoke with annoyance now, changing the topic.
“She was being a bitch.” I retorted, and Benjamin looked at Gabriel.
“Control her. You brought her here, and she’s your responsibility.” Benjamin glared at his son.
“Excuse me? He doesn’t control me. No man gets to control me-” I was shouting now. How could he just say that?
“Shut it.” Gabriel stated, and I was surprised to find myself complying. Why was I complying?
