The New Isha

Scared to know the truth, Isha still wants to know who's beside her. She still has to see the person with the voice but she wished it was going to be her mom. Isha slowly opened her eyes, the light was blinding her. It took her a moment before she could see clearly.

She saw the beautiful face of her mother and she was filled with joy. " Mom?" she asked to make sure she isn't confusing her with someone else.

"yes dear" Her voice, it really was her mom. She started crying, she immediately hugged her mom, it felt so real, ' Ha-ha-ha, this is real it's actually happening' lost in her thought her mother asks her worriedly, " sweetie are you alright? What's bothering you? "

Isha was hesitant to reply, " sweetie c'mon talk to me." She stroked Isha's hair, it felt so warm that fresh tears filled her eyes once more. That feeling that she yearned for so many years. She started sobbing and she finally uttered a sentence," Mom please don't leave me again." She was taken aback by her daughter's unrealistic request, she would never leave her for any reason.

"I will never do that dear, why would you say such a thing." Her mother said and hugged her tight. Isha felt the warmth of her embrace and started crying again. She has really missed her mom.

When she looked at her daughter's teary face, she was filled with worry, her daughter just displayed two opposite emotions right now, she laughed and then she cried, what was going on with her.

"Isha are you alright? " she asked again. Isha smiled at her mother after seeing her frantic face.

"Mom I am okay, I just had a night mare that's all, don't mind me. I am just glad you woke me up from it." She smiled at her mom once more.

She sighed and smiled when she heard her daughter's reply and then she gently said, "the nightmare is over now sweetie."

She hugged her daughter tightly once more and then stood up. " Go freshen up and come down for breakfast". Isha just gave a nod and watched her mother leave her room.

Silence surrounds Isha's room, she cannot believe what was happening. She stood up and looked at herself in the mirror. Isha was surprised to see herself look so young like she went back in time. ''Back In Time", those words stuck on Isha's head. She looked around and saw her bedroom, everything was the same as back then.

Isha took her phone immediately from the side table and checked the date, she was taken aback, it was her birthday, her fifteenth birthday. She pinched herself to make sure she wasn't dreaming but all she felt was pain. She really did go back in time!

A thought suddenly went through her mind, she remembered what Kourtney said to her. She was 15 when the planned accident happened to her mother. She tensed and cleanched her fist, raging with anger.

She calmed herself and said " I am really grateful for this second chance God, and I promise I would make good use of it. I might do a few things you might not like but please you have to pardon me, and i will never make the same mistake as last time.

After breakfast, she told her mother that she didn't want to celebrate her birthday anymore, she just wanted them to hangout together. Although her mother didn't like that, she had no choice but to agree, so she canceled all the plans she made for that day.

Isha made sure her mother never went out, she made them block all the lines so calls won't come through and she lied to her best friend and uncle that they weren't at home, so no one came around. They had their mother and daughter fun time and she was filled with joy.

{ Three days later }

On a Sunday afternoon, Isha and her mom were in the garden, they were enjoying the peaceful day together. Then suddenly her mom turned to her and said " Dear I want to talk to you about something okay? Isha just nodded her head." Dear I know you don't have much friends but still i don't want you to trust people easily, you need to be careful with people. People can betray you at anytime, i do not want to see you sad or hurt and i won't always be around to protect you. You know death is inevitable and i can die at anytime. I'm not saying this to make you scared or anything, I'm just saying this so that you can be prepared and more careful around people. You understand me right sweetie? " Isha just nodded her head in understanding. Her mom said the same thing to her in her past life but she didn't listen.

Isha understood what her mother was saying fully now. After her experience in her past life, she regretted not listening to her mother at the first place.

In her past life, her only friend was Kourtney, because Kourtney was always there for her and advised her through things. Kourtney also believed that as a daughter of such prestigious family she should not socialize with people that are not of the same status, and that was another reason she didn't have friends.

Now she is more mature than she was in her past life. She would not let Kourtney deceive her once more and neither will she allow Kourtney and Marcus manipulate her into doing their biddings. She would save her mother and grandfather from their evil plans.

An hour later when she was in her room thinking and sipping her tea, she heard a knock on her door.

The maid came in " Miss you have a visitor" she turned to the maid who told her about the visitor.

" Who is it?" Isha asked wondering who would disturb her at this moment. Isha's peaceful day was ruined when she heard the name of the visitor.

"It's miss Kourtney " What an irony, she was just thinking about her. She just hope she would not lose her self control in front of her, that can't happen else things won't go as planned.

Isha stood up and as she got close to the living area, she saw a beautiful teenage woman, no one could even imagine how cunning this witch is behind that angelic face of hers. Only Isha could. Kourtney had ruined her life in the past now it was her turn to do the same.

As Isha got close to Kourtney, she replaced the disgusted look on her face into a happy and cheerful look. " Hey kourt, were have you been! I've missed you so much. Isha said all excited. Like hell Isha would miss her. If she was the Isha of back then she probably would have missed her, but now, that Isha has been reborn, things are different now.

After what kourtney and her fiance had done to her in the past, she despises them with all her heart now. She needs to to get rid of them in her life forever.

"I missed you so much too hun!" When kourtney hugged her, Isha felt nauseated by her presence but she wouldn't let Kourtney see it. Isha acted like the old Isha would do. After the disgusting hug from Kourtney, they both sat down. " Would you like to hang out on Saturday? "

" I can't, it's my grandfather's birthday remember? And I have to be there."

"Oh is that so, I forgot. I guess we can't hang out then." Kourtney said with a disappointed look on her face. That fake witch, did she really think that Isha would fall for that? If she was the old Isha, she would have definitely fell for it, but she is not the old Isha anymore.

Isha already guessed why she was there, if her guess is right and Kourtney wants her to invite her to the party, then she would play along.

"Why don't you come with me to the party, you are my bestie after all" When Isha said that, Kourtney face lightens up. Kourtney smirked inwardly, " Hah b*tch you f*****g fell for it, thanks to your invitation, I'll make sure you disgrace yourself in front of your grandfather and everyone at that party.

" Awwn seriously?! , you mean it?!

"Of course, you're more like a sis, so why not." Little did she know that Isha already knew her plans and had already made plans to make it backfire on her.

" Awwn Isha you are the best! Kourtney exclaimed and hugged her tight and at the same time sneakily placed a smirk on her face." you don't know what's going to hit you. " Anna felt even more disgusted by Kourtney's tight hug.

" Awwn, I've missed seeing the two of you like this." Isha's mother suddenly appeared and smiled sweetly at them. Isha just sighed inwardly, how she wish she could tell her mother the whole truth, she wanted to so badly, but she could not. She didn't want her mom to worry and stress herself unnecessary. She had this covered.
